Testing & CE Certificates:
Tests will be emailed out to attendees in the week after the course. Attendees will be given a name badge at registration. This will be used to scan attendees in and out throughout the day and must be worn at all times. CE certificates for regular hours will be emailed appx. 1 month after the course. Certificates for tested hours will be emailed by ICO appx. 1 month after the testing due date.

Cancellation Policy:
Registrations may be cancelled for a $25 fee until Friday, February 9. Cancellations will incur a $50 fee between February 9 and February 18. No refunds will be given after February 18. All registrations received after February 18 will be considered on-site and will incur a $25 on-site registration fee.
