Parking:

Parking is complimentary with your registration. You will take a parking ticket when you arrive at the Hyatt Regency parking garage. Then you will exchange the ticket after lunch for a pre-paid parking ticket at the IOA registration desk during the afternoon break. You MUST pick up a new pre-paid ticket or you will be charged full price when you leave.

Location:

Hyatt Regency O'Hare - Rosemont, IL – 9300 W Bryn Mawr Ave, Rosemont, IL 60018. The course will be held on the entry level of the hotel in the Grand Ballroom.

Arrival:

Please arrive early to ensure you have plenty of time to park. The course will begin at 9:00am. Late arrivals may not receive CE credit. You must attend the entire 6-hour course to receive CE credit.

Meals:

Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Test:

The test will be emailed during the week after the course.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will incur a $50 fee between Saturday, February 25 and Wednesday, March 1. No refunds will be given after Wednesday, March 1. All registrations received after Wednesday, March 1 will be considered on-site and will incur a $25 on-site registration fee
