Online Registration is fast, easy, and preferred. If you have any issues with registration, please call the IOA office at 217-525-8012, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm CDT. On-site registration will be open Thursday, September 29 - Sunday, October 2 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Springfield, IL. Access to all CE, exhibits, events, and any additional programs will only be available to registered and badged attendees.

Testing Fees: $30 per course

Friday - Morning snack break, lunch, and afternoon snack break
Saturday - Breakfast in classroom, Exhibit Hall lunch, and dinner at IL Optometry Celebration (must RSVP below)
Sunday - Breakfast in classroom and Exhibit Hall lunch

One day Only Registration includes:
Friday - Morning snack break, lunch, and afternoon snack break
Saturday - Breakfast in classroom and Exhibit Hall lunch. IL Optometry's Celebration tickets may be purchased separately during registration.
