Testing & CE Certificates: 

Tests will be emailed out to attendees in the week after the course. Attendees will be given a name badge at registration. This will be used to scan attendees in and out throughout the day and must be worn at all times. CE certificates for regular hours will be emailed appx. 1 week after the course. Certificates for tested hours will be available immediately after passage of the exam.  Only one retake will be allowed, and attendees must earn a 70% or better to earn TQ credit. Attendees will have one month to complete the exam.

This course is not COPE-approved as COPE is not required in Illinois. IOA is an Illinois-licensed CE provider, so this course will count for CE credit in Illinois. If you plan to use this course for CE credit in another state, please check with your state board to confirm acceptance.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation Policy: Registrations may be cancelled for a $25 fee until Friday, February 13th. Cancellations will incur a $50 fee between Saturday, February 14th and Wednesday, February 18th. No refunds will be given after Wednesday, February 18th. All registrations received after Wednesday, February 18th will be considered on-site and will incur a $25 on-site registration fee.
