Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Illinois Optometric Association Annual Meeting!

The Annual Meeting will be in Springfield, IL at the Bank of Springfield Center. The projected number of attendees is 300+. Of those, a large portion will be practicing optometrists, with optometric staff members and students as well.

Pricing for exhibiting is located on page 2 of this form. Booths start out at $1,500.00. We are offering an early bird special of $100 off until June 15.

Each booth registration includes two company representatives. Both representatives will be invited to attend Friday night's Illinois Optometry's Celebration Happy Hour.

Electricity is available upon request for $100.00 and can be added on page 2 of the form.
