Attendee FAQs:

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the meeting is business casual. Hotels tend to be cool, so please make sure to bring extra layers.

How do I take TQ hours?

All courses except the workshops are automatically available as TQ CE. Tests will be emailed out for every course where the attendee is scanned in and out. You will not need to add tests during registration or pay extra testing fees. Attendees can complete as many tests as they wish. 12 TQ hours are required for Illinois license renewal.

Are these CE hours COPE approved?

Illinois does not require COPE approval, so the courses are not COPE approved. If you are trying to count the hours toward another state license, many states will automatically accept CE put on by a state optometric society. To check if the CE will count in another state, contact the state's optometric association or state board.
