Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 Illinois Optometric Association Annual Meeting!

This year, the Annual Meeting will be in Schaumburg, IL, at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center. The projected number of attendees is 500+. Of those, a large portion will be practicing optometrists, with optometric staff members and students as well.

Pricing for exhibiting is located on page 2 of this form. Booths start out at $1,850.00. We are offering an early bird special of $150 off until July 15.  

Each booth registration includes two company representatives. Both representatives will be invited to attend Saturday night's Illinois Optometry's Celebration. This event will be 5 hours of cocktails, food, and entertainment, perfect for additional networking with attendees.

Electricity is available upon request for $300.00 and can be added on page 2 of the form.
