What is the dress code?

The dress code for the meeting is business casual. Hotels tend to be cool, so please make sure to bring extra layers.

What meals are included with my registration?

Full OD Registration includes:
Friday - Breakfast in classroom, plated lunch, and appetizers & drinks in Exhibit Hall
Saturday - Breakfast in classroom, Exhibit Hall lunch, and dinner at IL Optometry Celebration (must RSVP during registration)
Sunday - Breakfast in classroom and plated lunch

One day Only Registration includes:
Friday - Breakfast in classroom, plated lunch, and appetizers & drinks in Exhibit Hall
Saturday - Breakfast in classroom and Exhibit Hall lunch. IL Optometry's Celebration tickets may be purchased separately here.
Sunday - Breakfast in classroom and plated lunch

What is the cancellation policy?

Registrations may be cancelled for a $25 fee until Wednesday, September 13th. Cancellations will incur a $50 fee between Thursday, September 14 ^th and Monday, September 25 ^th. No refunds will be given after Monday, September 25th. All registrations received after September 25th will be considered on-site and will incur a $25 on-site registration fee.

Are these CE hours COPE approved?

Illinois does not require COPE approval, so the courses are not COPE approved. If you are trying to count the hours toward another state license, many states will automatically accept CE put on by a state optometric society. To check if the CE will count in another state, contact the state's optometric association or state board.
