Exhibitor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2023 Illinois Optometric Association Annual Meeting!

This year the Annual Meeting will be in Schaumburg, IL at the Renaissance Schaumburg. The projected number of attendees is 600+. Of those, a large portion will be practicing optometrists, with optometric staff members and students as well.

Pricing for exhibiting is located on page 2 of this form. Booths start out at $1,500.00. Friday night is an open night for our attendees, so feel free to invite attendees to join you for dinner or drinks that night!

Each booth registration includes two company representatives. Both representatives will be invited to attend Saturday Night's Illinois Optometry Celebration at a discounted price ($50). This event will be 5 hours of cocktails, food, and entertainment, perfect for additional networking with attendees.

Electricity is available upon request for $150.00 and can be added on page 2 of the form.

Set-Up: Friday, September 29th - 9:00am to 2:00pm

Exhibiting Time (Happy Hour): Friday, September 29th - 4:30pm to 6:30pm

Open Night for Attendees (feel free to invite to dinner!): Friday Night, September 29th

Exhibiting Time: Saturday, September 30th - 11:00am to 1:00pm

Tear Down: Saturday, September 30th - 1:00pm to 4:30pm

Additional Networking: Illinois Optometry Celebration - Saturday, September 30th - 5:30pm to 10:30pm
