With 20 First-In-Class locations throughout IL and IA, and a history of over 15 years in serving the community with the best in eye health and vision care, we are so proud and excited at what the future holds for our All About Eyes group. Over the last several years, and as a result of the partnership with Keplr, these practices have fully embraced the medical model and now have the technology, instrumentation and resources to complement our extraordinary legacy in providing comprehensive primary care vision care to thousands of patients annually.
Currently, at minimum, each of the AAE practices is equipped with the latest model of the Maestro2 OCT + retinal camera, VF and automatic phoropter encouraging each provider to practice at the highest standard of care. Work schedules are highly flexible (with many of our ODs working from 8:30-5p), with a one-hour lunch break, and some locations prioritizing alternating Saturday coverage (shorter day). Some practices are busier than others, but average about 20 patients daily.
Currently, are biggest areas of growth are in Forsyth and Bloomington; however, we will always consider growing our team with highly skilled talent.

The AAE doctor community is highly tenured (averaging over 8,5 years) with highly engaged support teams committed to servicing the thousands of families that seek our care every year. We offer one of the highest compensation plans in the industry, complemented with several annual production bonus opportunities and signing incentives starting at $30,000. In addition, our providers start with 3 weeks of PTO, 7 yearly holidays, sick leave, fully paid maternity, CE reimbursement ($1,500/yr), malpractice insurance, license/DEA renewal reimbursement, and State Association/AOA dues, 401(k) with 4% match, etc.
